General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Nobody should ever temper with a hard form on his scrotum. I recommend that you see a urologist who can perform a sonography. A sonography is painless, without radiation, and will allow the urologist to see what’s going on inside your scrotum. Based on his findings the colleague will decide what to do and how to help you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Alexander Davis, General & Family Physician
