Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions

Hi , I went outside for travel . Had a stomach ache since last 2 days . Went to local medicine shop. He advised to take SPASMO - PROXYYVON + SAPHNIX. My stomach ache got reduced by taking these 2 medicines, however now I have got loose motions. What medicine should I take to get complete OK ?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be traveler's diarrhea and it may not needs any treatment but care need to be taken for dehydration else the condition is self limiting and if the diarrhea is sever then it can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, if the condition causes the dehydration then it may requires IV electrolyte fluid for rehydration condition may requires medical attention so be careful hope this information helps.
