Hai.. I have few questions for you...
1. Is she dull and lethargic ?
2. How is her urine output...less than normal ?
3. Is there any blood in stools or green colored vomiting ?
If your answers for these questions are - NO - then she is not dehydrated. She could be having a trivial condition called - gastrocolic reflex - which means - she will poop whenever you feed her...but she will be active. Other condition which you should consider is - FORE MILK DIARRHEA.... Which means you should be feeding her completely from each breast before shifting over to the other breast. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply...kindly rate it.
