Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Facial Numbness

I have frequent light headed moments and my face can go numb and my left arm tingle. I feel disoriented and lose my balance. The episodes last just a minute or so. I do try to drink water and I eat although not always regularly. My urine is particularly strong but not sure if that s related.
