Suggest Treatment For Lighter Skin Around The Eyes
Hello Doc,
My 3 yr old Son has lightened skin tone near his both the eyes. Its been there since over 6 months now. Initially we thought it might be because of his tear water allergy around the eye. But it never seems to go away. I used different moisturizer creams. Can you suggest some treatment on this?
