Suggest Treatment For Light Sensitive Headache

I keep getting headaches when out in bright light, it started off a few months ago just being in the sunlight was starting to give me acute throbbing pain but now it s the same with any kind of bright light, I have even had to install a dimmer switch in my room and have it on low just so I can get through the day without a splitting headache. I take usual paracetamol and ibruprofen but it doesn t seem to be working. Shutting myself off from light seems to be the only cure.
