Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Vaginal Bleeding Post A Pelvic Trauma

I fell at work four days ago. I slipped on wet floor and fell on my bottom. The pain was so serve on impact that I immediately got lightheaded and almost fainted. I have been in severe pain since. Unable to bend down, lay on my back, or sit directly on a chair. My dogs jumped on my pelvis earlier today and I felt a pop followed by excuruating pain radiating down both legs. I now am having vaginal bleeding and it is not time for my menstral cycle.
