Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Tooth Discoloration In A Child

My 3yr old fell off the bed a month ago and injured her hand. It has healed now. The problem now is she seems to be having all sorts of pains on her legs and fingers. She screams everytime saying my leg or finger but if i check they is nothing. Onother thing her teeth are getting black stains all of a sudden. Should i be worried? I took her to the doctor when she fell.

As per your complain black staining of the teeth can be due to 2 causes:

1. Due to poor oral hygiene causing staining of teeth.
2. It can be due to decay of teeth that causes blackening of teeth..

For pain in leg/feet post trauma can be due to soft tissue injury or muscle tear that can cause prolonged duration of pain as it heals slowly..

So my suggestion is to consult a Pediatric dentist or a pedodontist and get evaluated and he can evaluated his teeth..
In cae if there is staining of teeth then scaling can help in removal of stains..
In case of decay filling of teeth with tooth coloured filling material has to be done..

For leg pain get an x ray done under supervision of a Paediatrician and get treated according to the diagnosis..

As of now you can give Acetaminophen for relieving pain..
