Suggest Treatment For Leg And Ankle Pain
within 3 weeks, I drove long distances 4 times. Now, when I drive after 20 minutes or so I have pain on both sides of the front of my right leg just above my ankle and the back of my knee also hurts. I have been elevating and icing once a day and taking naproxen sodium for 3 days.

It is pain continued due to excessive strain.do not take too many pain killers. Go for light walking, calf muscle exercises, crepe bandage application during day time
