General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of renal or ureteric stones. As a first line management analgesics like Diclofenac can be taken for pain. If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
