Suggest Treatment For Laryngopharyngitis And Tonsillitis Causing Nose Blockage

hi doc, an ent specialist diagnosed me with laryngopharyngitis and tonsillitis. i suppose it was caused by excessive shouting as the doc informed me that my lungs are clear. its been now 5 days and today was my last day of the anibiotic dose. my nose is still blocked as i am not able to smell things very precisely and some feeling of little phlegm..how can i know for sure that my throat has healed

Along with antibiotics please start steam inhalation and warm saline gargle.
This will help in clearing the phlegm and opening of blocked nose.
Once you feel there is no pain or discomfort in throat you will know your throat has improved.
