Suggest Treatment For Large Indentation Above Anal Opening

Hi, I noticed a couple of days ago when washing that a large indentation has appeared above my anus, is this anything to be worried about. I have just has a looked and it is very visible. I am not in any pain at all but do suffer from piles but do not at the moment.
