Suggest Treatment For Large Bruise On The Forearms

Several days ago I noticed a large bruise on my forearm between my wrist and elbow and another about the size of the circumference of a golf ball on the outside of my upper arm right above my elbow. I didn t remember doing anything to injure myself but contributed it to some random ranch work I had been doing which could have very well left bruises in these areas. Tonight my entire bicep and arm pit is extremely tender to the touch and feels like it s deeply bruised. It s been a full 5 days since I ve done anything even remotely capable of causing another bruise and this is new pain that s start this afternoon. Is there anything I should be worrying about?
