Suggest Treatment For Large Bruise Behind Right Calf After A Falling

Hello. I have a large bruise on the back of my right calf. The bruise was a very nasty one due to a fall on the ice. The bruise has yellowed in the center and stayed red and blues on the outside. It also has a very hard lump in the center underneath the yellow. Is this a blood clot or what?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having big hematoma producing this type of swelling.
Due to collection of blood there might having color changing on lump and bruise.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
Ok and take care.
