hii i am 45 yrs old i have been suffering from kidney stone for the last 4 yrs however they pass out. my operation has done in this yr 2016 15 april and now by sonoghraphy the result is in kidney stone is 11.5mm. so please give me advice to treatment.
Please specify whether it occured on the same side or the opposite side. Consume plenty of clear water and restrict carbonated beverages and cut down on alcohol and caffeine, and try to decrease foods having more oxalic acid containing foods like spinach, tomatoes, brinjal, etc. Also consult your previous physician/surgeon/urologist for the recurrence of your renal stone.
