General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to renal stone.

For stone less than 4 mm, it may cure with hydration therapy or plenty of water.

For pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen.

In case of not getting relief or larger stones, you may require surgical intervention after Urologist consultation.

Keep your self hydrated. Take proper rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
