Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stones While Treating Diabetes

I have 1 stone in my left kidney in the lower pole that is 10mm. and 1 stone in the left ureter that is 11mm. I have passed around 12 stones in the past 10 years with little or no problem. The largest was 6mm. Can I pass the one in my ureter? I have consulted 2 urologist. One told me to wait 3 weeks to see if it would pass The other told me my kidney would be dead in 4 weeks so I should not wait. He also said I less than a 20% chance of passing the stone in my ureter. Both doctors have good rating on line but I am not sold on either one. They lack compassion and both think I am a high risk patient because I am heavy and have diabetes. I am on Vic oden and Flomax. My body mass is 17 so the electro shock treatment will not work. They want to use a laser and go up through the bladder. I am thinking I should do it sooner than later. How evasive is the procedure and how much pain will I experience? Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I have gone through your question and appreciate Your concern.
Stone of size more than 6mm is not passed through the urinary
Tract naturally.
It is Better to get your stone removed.
Approach through your kidney is minimally invasive and will not
Cause much pain.
Plenty of drinking water will help u in long term.
Thanks.
U can write me back for any query.
