Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stone

My wife has a stone in kidney (outside) 14 mm (12-15mm) - ultrasound report- what should be done. Do we first try medicine to dissolve it or go for operation straightaway. For last two day we are trying out Ayurveda.
We came to know on this sunday(night).
her weight is 69. height 5' 3'' and is 39 years old

Incomplete data like the exact location of the stone, any pressure effects,etc.
I appreciate your concern for your wife.
Such stone is usually managed by lithotripsy and endoscopic (ureteroscope) removal of the stone from the urinary tract.

Since the size of the stone is somewhat larger hence Ayurvedic medications usually are not effective in decreasing its size.

Ask her to take plenty of oral fluids.
