Suggest Treatment For Kidney Infection

I have been sick for a month my doctor said I do have a kidney infection.I have been on 3 different anobic still not doing good. He just got me an appointment this Friday with a kedeny doctor Been to the er 3 times I just want to get better drinking a lot of water but gaining weight.

Kidney infection needs to evaluated by Ultrasound abdomen pelvis, urine R/E and Urine C/S and blood culture and sensitivity.
After blood C/S and Urine C/S, antibiotics will change accordingly.
