Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain In The Shoulders, Hands And Wrists

I ve Had Bilateral joint pain for a few months. . Worst in shoulders. Then hands and wrists. Then ankles/.feet. Hips and back and neck don t hurt. Rarely knees and elbows. Wakes me up at night. Not stiff. No swelling or redness or fever. Slight bit fatigue but otherwise I feel pretty good. 400 mg helps for nighttime pain. No rheum problems in family. I m a 57 yr old female

It can be an early sign of arthritis.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a rheumatologist and get evaluated.
