Suggest treatment for joint pains

unfortunately I don't think there is enough time or space to answer my health questions - I am 62 and overweight - get hiccups everytime I eat no matter what - I used to choke easily but now I am more wary of what I eat - wake up croaky every morning - slight sore throat - still have my tonsils and I do have quite a large tongue - can"t fold it in half like some people can. Have arthritis or swollen joints (rheumatoid?) get quitge a lot of coughs - have had a gastroscopy - no real problem stretched some part and and said I had H pylori I also have an inguinal hernia( bit I have never suffered from heartburn since my first child was born 40 years ago. This is the top half as I have now got a sore tongue with just a flat red spot towards the read - quite sore. I also try to sleep with a c pap machine but only last until about 4 o clock then I just have to pull itoff.... Take high blood pressure tablets, water tablets, coXFLAM (15 mg) and two anti-depressants - welllbutrin 300 and depramil 40 mg.

The rest are general aches and pains, knees and feet, cramps in calves and I have sacs in my intestines - I still have my appendix - had a hysterectomy long time ago so no longer take hormones, have had my gall bladder out as well and had my bladder put in a "hammock" but I still have to wee about 3 times of toilet and still want to wee more when I get up. sorry shall I just order my coffin now (also have stiff neck and the things between my spine are degenerating) I spend a lot of time in my bed just reading and holding my dogs - do go out occasionally and I still look after my two small grandsons....; good luck and happy hunting (PS lasst blood test showed cholestrol too high and blood sugar too high and some liver problem _ I am trying to overcome all these the diet lifestyle changes but still don't exercise much because very shaky (arms dead in the mornings) and knees just give in ..

i would suggest ibuprofen 800mg with pantoprazole 40mg tablet for the aches and pains. There is no need to order your coffin maam as even at 62 you can turn your life around.
