Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Spots On Labia Majora
My symptoms began approximately 1 week ago. I noticed a small red spot on my labia majora that appeared more as a rash and itched. I then began experiencing what imitated a UTI with painful and burning urination as well as the classic symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection. I spoke with my doctor and she put me on an antibiotic and OTC yeast infection treatment; however, I now have a painful and itching outbreak of small blisters on my labia that will not go away and are spreading. I also have a swollen lymph node just above my pubic bone on the left side. It is very tender especially to the touch. Recently I have been experiencing frequent headaches and I have a cold that I cannot seem to get over. Due to the fact that I recently found out that my husband has had multiple sex partners in the past, I am concerned that I may have contracted herpes approximately 2 years ago and am just now having an outbreak due to my high stress situation of going through a divorce. Is there anything else this could be? Unfortunately, I am not very hopeful at this point. Thank you for your help.
