Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash On Elbows, Wrists And Legs

My son has a rash that started on his elbows, wrists, spread to legs and ankle areas, red dots, blotchy, and is very itchy. He also had a blepharitis diagnosed on one eyelid that just will not clear up - puffy and itchy also. Could this be scabies? Both respond to steroids (eyedrops, ointment for body) but do not clear them. Thank you for any insight!

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get your child clinically examined and investigated by his doctor. He may need an antihistamine for relief. Avoid self medication by steroids.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
