Suggest Treatment For Itchy Raised Bumps And Hard Spots On Toe

I have one toe with bad itching clear bubbles and hard spots. Its most uncomfortable when I wear covered shoes. I have tried tea tree oil, lotrimin, anti itch cream, lavender oil and still no relief. I have to itch and peel the dead skin. What is it ?
