Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps All Over Body

I get deep itching goosebumps after a nightmare. I scratch profusely and it generally is all over my body. It usually lasts for about twenty minutes and then I feel tired. I had my spleen out about 3 years ago because of enlargement. I had these reactions before the surgery and they haven t occurred again until recently.
