Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Watery Eyes With Cold

I just woke up this morning and my eyes are itchy and watery and I have cloudy vision. I was perfectly fine yesterday but I have had a head cold for a few days. Could my cold have something to do with my sudden eye problem? I'm 32 wear contacts and have never had problems before. My exam was in July and everything was fine.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having itchy and watery eyes associated with cold.
This indicates a probable involvement of the eye secondary to cold or to the long term use of contact lenses.
The treatment is by the use of anti-allergic eye drops along with the treatment of cold by the use of anti-cold drugs and decongestants. If the symptoms does not resolve you need to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
