General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms may be suggestive of generalised urticaria or dermatitis. Your history strongly suggests allergy to either food, pollen, fabric or any other medication. From the previous episodes and present symptoms you need to recollect and identify the cause and remove the allergen exposure in the future.

Incase of a particular food or fabric ,it must be avoided. Moisturise and apply sunscreen everyday. Moisturise just after getting out of shower for effective results.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General and Family Physician
