Suggest treatment for itchy and fluid filled blisters on shins

For whatever reason, I get these blisters on the skin of my shins. They come and go but they will itch and when they break open, they will seep clear fluid for days. I put anticeptic ointment and a bandaid on the open wounds but they still leak thru the bandages. What is this from and how do I stop the leakage? Thank you!

My six yr old female daughter developed blisters, that appear to have fluid in them on her hands and knees, and bottom of her feet today. They also started do develop on her legs too. She did not have a fever, nor were the bumps itchy. 30 min after I first noticed them the ones on her knees and legs see,ed to recede, now they look like pimples and are not very raised. Also, it seems like the ones on her hands reduced slightly. However, they are still present as are the ones on her feet. It has been 4 hrs since I first noticed them.

Hi Doctor,I think I may have gential Herpes. I have seen a blister once or twice on the surface of my vagina over a year ago and it has fluid in it, it comes back from time to time. I am now worried because I have to do a blood test so I can stay permanent at my job. If I treat the herpes when they do a blood test after treatment can they know that I have it? Basically I don t want the blood test to show it. What do I do doc?
