Hi and welcome to HCM
From your history, the high sugar level is an important cause of itching over the body. It will get better once your sugar is in control.
Also avoid any items which you are generally allergic to. ANy history of any new drugs, cosmetics, any insect bites or outdoor activity or travel that could have caused allergy?
Since your rashes are recurrent , You can also check your blood for allergy levels( Hemoglobin, absolute eosinophil count and serum IgE).
Continue the lotion whenever you feel itchy or irritation. You can take the fexofenadine in the morning and add Monteleukast LC at night for 15 days and slowly stop and observe for improvement.
If it persists, recheck your sugars and the other tests as advised.
