Suggest Treatment For Itching, Pain And Watery Discharge In The Anus
Hi. My anus has been itching terribly recently. I think that I scratched it too hard now it feels infected.......extreme pain like glass is cutting inside my anus. There is also a clear watery discharge. The infection seems to be spreading onto my scrotum and fingers (that I scratch with).

This could be a fungal or bacterial infection. It would be best to see a doctor for evaluation and treatment, especially since it is spreading. If you do not want to do that or cannot, then try an over the counter fungal treatment like terbenifine cream. If it is not clearing up soon then you must see a doctor.
