Suggest Treatment For Itching On The Skin Moles

I have had an increase in skin moles tabs and other bumps that look a bit like rice crispies, with each pregnancy and now post menopausally They sometimes do not itch and other times when exposed to heat/moisture they itch incredibly. They actually now wrap around my trunk. I know when more are erupting when I begin to itch in a pace where there are none. in a few weeks it seems, these bumps will appear. Some never go away. I have wondered if it s fungal and have tried anti-fungal cream. Does not seem to impact the situation. cool and dry will stop the itching eventually, but the bumps remain.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Moles are very common in our body. Almost every adult has a few moles. We may have 10 – 40 moles on our skin. This is normal. But you should be very careful when a mole starts growing in size or its color changes. Melanoma, a type of dangerous skin cancer, can grow in or near a mole. If detected early and treated, melanoma can be cured. The first sign of melanoma is often a change to a mole or a new mole on your skin. Checking your skin can help you find melanoma early. I suggest you to.
Advice
1.     Immediately go to a surgeon or dermatologist for further diagnosis and treatment
2.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral if itching persist
3.     Apply betamethasone cream every 8 hours
4.     Investigation – biopsy and histo-pathological examination of mole
Thanks
