Suggest Treatment For Itching Near The Clitoris

Hi, A few days ago I noticed some itchiness near my clitoris and now there appears to be smell red bumps that are itchy and 2 are whiteish in color. I went to the hospital today because I started experiencing painful urination and bowel movements. The doctor said I may have urethritis and prescribed me some antibiotics, but now the red bumps are making me worry. I had no odd color or discharge. I highly doubt it is an STD as I ve been sexually active with the same partner for 6 years. I am not sure what to make of this and I m worried it might be more serious than just urethritis. Can someone please give me some advice? Or anything other than indicating an std? :(

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Since you have visited a doctor already and you are on antibiotics my advice to you is to wait and see how it develops under treatment with antibiotics. If it persists a dermatologist consultation would be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ahmad Nazzal
