I am on vacation in Oregon. Two days ago my forearms began to feel tingly and itchy. I did scratch some. Last night the itching spread to both upper arms. No further spread this morning. The itch is at times severe. I bought creams at the local pharmacy. Not helping the itchy feeling. My skin is covered on the top parts of my arms with small bumps that are pink in color from wrist to shoulder. Red when I scratch. I have been exposed to more dogs than normal. I personally do not own any animals. I have never had food allergies. I have been outdoors more than at home as we RV ing. I have been applying ice, tea bags, cool water for relief.
