Suggest Treatment For Itching And Swelling In The Penis After Eating Dried Mango
My boyfriend ate dried mango earlier (not with the skin on) and his penis swelled up and itches. It s gotten worse over the course of the day. I m going to give him some benadryl to hopefully reduce the reaction, because it seems like an allergy, but can I use OTC hydrocortisone cream on his penis/scrotum?

I have gone through your query. You can use hydrocortisone cream for local application. You can also take benadryl thrice daily or cetirizine(zyrtec) once daily. if no improvement then you may need corticosteroids shots and you can approach ER for that.
