General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some local bacterial infection along with yeast infection as well. There might be having urinary tract infection.
Go for routine urine check up.She might require one course of antibiotic like ofloxacilin or Amoxicilin for 3-5 days.
You are also advised to go for one oral anti-fungal medicine course.
Advice her to keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
