Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Tenderness In Breasts

I feel like I have been pmsing. I have been having bad cramps, really tender breasts, and increased appetite. My period is late but I have irregular periods because I have a stressful work environment. Last night I was super dizzy and the lights looked like ferris wheels. Today I have been nauseous and really dizzy to where I don t want to do anything in fear of hurting myself by falling and I am a very active person. Is this just hormone issues?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Do a pelvic ultrasound to ruled out any fibroids and cysts
2)For breast discomfort take vitamin b-6 regularly
3)And your dizziness is due to migraine ( Hormonal change)check to find all Trigger points and check it .If severe dizziness happens take cinnarizine tablets, but not always.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks,
I find this answer helpful
