Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Soreness In The Breasts

Hello, I am 5 weeks late on my period. Irregular. Been cramping like I m going to get my period. Breast are tender, sore and feel heavy. Yesterday I notice one of my areola s was a bit darker. It s light brown and it s getting darker. What can it be? I ve taken pregnancy test and they all say negative.

Thanks for posting on HCM
A negative pregnancy test if with a valid test kit may exclude pregnancy.Also, if pregnant, the test will come positive by now.It may just be some premenstrual syndrome.Just stay calm and expect your menses.
Delayed period may as well be due to hormonal imbalances, stress....
I will suggest you see your Gynecologist for evaluation and a pelvic ultrasound if you do not have your menses within a week.
