Suggest Treatment For Intrusive Thoughts And Anxiety
I have recently gone through a series of thyroid medication changes as I lost a lot of weight (60 lbs) I am feeling anxious at times and intrusive thoughts are plaguing me. My thyroid meds are stable now - I have no thyroid but only meds due to cancer. Will these symptoms of paranoia go away over time?
Maybe is better to go to psychologist. He may help you to have a better point of view for life. If you see that you have no improvement you have to take an appointment with your doctor and maybe to take any medication. Meantime exercise, talk to friends, go for walk, and enjoy life.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
