I have IC and am taking every medication for it. It acts up mostly at night when I want to sleep, and the thing that calms it a little is walking around then the minute I try to lie down it starts again. I find myself flipping and flopping all over the bed, up and down all night. One episode had me awake for three days straight and I fell asleep while standing a woke up as I was falling to the floor. I tried heat, taking a bath, and am running out of patience dealing with this are there any other suggestions you can come up with.
