hi sir i have internal hemorrhoids piles no bleeding pile type when i was wirtten something after 10 pgs that time piles sectinel tag getting tightly hard inside feeling tightly motion very hard i taken one of the doctor suggestion he will suggested to take this medicine 1) smuth cream anti hemorrhoidal 2) Pilex tablets doctor suggested take 3 months after everything will be ok after that i completed 7 months continuously used because problem not recovering i have very slowly some improve problem but never sovle it again went to hospital they doctor will written on the slip (sentinel tag noted sphincter tone lumen) give this medicine written 1) syp cramattin plus 2) t pantop 40 mg 3)t.oflox 4)syp aultolo actually my problem is internal hemorrhoids when i was following that doctor medicine taking so much time i was geeting problems faces like can t not studies long time why because that problem getting paining i am student age 23 yr old i want solve this problem argent because i have exams with this paining i can t not concentrate studies try to understand please my requesting to doctor my internal hemorrhoid how to destroy or remover with medicine immediately and surgery not possibility because doctor told ur hemorrhoids not big after big they take operation permission but 3 years i have same word listen from doctor side why i have to do tell me ur genius suggestion
