Hello,
Treatment will largely depend on the factor which is causing you pain in abdomen. There can be multiple cause for the same. Most commonly food poisoning may lead to abdominal pain.
If you havn't got menarche then this could be a sign otherwise it can be dysmenorrhea.
Should you be getting a USG ABD+PELVIS done so that may determine the cause behind your pain.
