I have a case of insomnia. It is so hard for me to get out of bed in the morning. Once I get out of bed it is very hard for me to stay focused on the task at hand. I ve had this problem my whole life and it just seems to get worse and worse. I finally have health care and would like to find a solution

for insomnia there are so many general measures along with medication.regular balanced diet with less oily less salty food,regular exercise for 30 min daily,a glass of luke warm milk before bed,including banana during day time diet are few.you cant have tea or coffee more than 2 times in a day.evening after 5 better not to have the tea or coffee.dinner has to be over before 8pm. no exercise in night times other than normal walking for 20min after dinner,no day time napping will help.for medication you consult a qualified physician and get examined physically.
