Hi,thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Temple injury which is causing dizziness, nausea, light headness should not be taken lightly. One important point is you are having these complaints for 3 days. My advise is kindly consult doctor as soon as possible.

The doctor will evaluate you and do CT head to rule out bleed in brain or fracture. The bleed may require surgery if it is causing pressure on brain, size is more than 1-1.5cm, increasing in size.
Fracture is usually managed conservatively.

Meanwhile at home, you can

: Avoid painkiller which can cause sedation like tramadol, morphine
: Keep head at higher level than chest
: In case of vomiting, turn head to side.
: You can take painkiller like Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription
: You can take tab Pantoprazole-Domperidone after proper prescription.
: Do not ignore symptoms, consult ER.

Hope it will help you. Thanks, take care.
