Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Rotator Cuffs

I have both rotator cuffs inflamed. I ve had 7 PT sessions and no progress. My ANA test positive. My other blood tests have not come back yet. I have rash & no other symptoms. My biggest concern are the rotator cuffs-they are so limiting. I have apptmt with internist after blood tests come back. what can I do??

hi..for rotator cuff inflammation you need to examined by doctor ..he will decide your treatment plan according to cuff condition..like
1.cold packs on cuff are 3-4 times a day.
2.ibuprofrn or neproxon as nsaids..will relieve pain and inflammation.
3.exercise given to you by expert physiotherapist.
4.you can use steroids if not relieve by othermedications..
5.surgery is the last option..
