Suggest Treatment For Infertility In Men
Hi me and my wife are trying for a baby. But no luck. From the doctor point of view I was reason. Two week ago I had ivf surgery and found the reason I have dead sperm. And only reason we should go far is adoption or donor sperm. These two option s we wan avoid. Is there any solution for me and wife to have children.

In dead sperms, most of the times, all sperms are not dead. In such case, good sperms can be obtained by testicular sperm extraction and then IBF done by intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) with a single viable sperm. Please consult a sterility specialist.
