Suggest Treatment For Infertility In Men With Low Sperm Count

Hi....I don t have any pain during sex..me my husband trying to convince from back two years... Itz being three years of our marriage... Done with iui and ivf..but both failed... My husband have prob of sperm motility and counts... What to do now...let me know soon plz...

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
There could be various reasons for failure of techniques like IUI or IVF.
However, to improve sperm motility and counts, the following medications can be useful.
1. Clomiphene citrate or Follitropin alfa for improving the sperm counts.
2. Anti-oxidant compounds like Carnitine, Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc for improvement in sperm morphology and motility.
Kindly consult Infertility specialist for proper dosage and duration of its administration. Also follow up test in the form of Semen analysis would be required to know for the improvement.
