Hello,

It is recommended that after intercourse the woman stays laying down for at least 30 minutes so to increase the chance of pregnancy.
Also, I would recommend you to continue to try for pregnancy as we generally consider a couple infertile and do tests only if it is a year that they try with regular unprotected intercourse and do not achieve pregnancy.
80% of couples do conceive within one year while only 60% conceive in 6 months, so you should not be discouraged.

If you do not have a pregnancy in a total of a year of unprotected intercourse then tests should be done to identify the cause and decide on treatment.

I hope this answers your query and is helpful to you. Let me know if I may assist you further.
