I have had a dry blood place in my right nostril and it s very tender along with a white patch on left tonsil.Do Ihave or have I had a sinus infection.Been congested and alot of mucus in the past quit smoking a year ago.I start to feel like I m getting better then,I feel like I m getting sick again.I have better lung function and no more mucus and smell of a hound.My nose seems to be dry and at the moment I feel great in that aspect,but want my nostril to heal but,end up having to clear it at least twice a day.What can I do?
