Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

As you have tried the medications in vain, it's important to evaluate her condition further with the help of following tests:
1) Ultrasound imaging of abdomen and pelvis
2) Colonoscopy if necessary

Please do consult a gastroenterologist for thorough clinical examination and identification of disease with appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
