Suggest Treatment For Inability To Have Penetrative Sex After Removal Of Prostate

My lady just told me she contracted HPV almost 30 years ago & was treated. She has since had clear Pap smears, however, recently, she had a growth removed in her vulva area, that her dr. removed, tested & it came back a pre cancerous growth with nothing shown in the margins around the area removed. Sorry, I do not have the clinical name for the growth, but she was very clear telling me it was not related to HPV. But, due to a NPR report on 7/5/16, she felt compelled to tell me I should seek medical advice & or testing to make sure I am not infected. I show no signs of any growths or rashes in or around my genitals. Due to my own prostate cancer issues, & subsequent removal of my prostate o 12/17/12, I have been unable to have penetration intercourse, thus we have not been intimate in quite some time in the traditional sense. What would you recommend?
